Cough syrup is not anyone’s go-to medicine option. However, if necessary it’s not ideal to take on-the-go. This project entails redesigning Dayquil Vapocool cough syrup to allow for someone to take it out and about.
The solution was to repurpose the wax candy tubes that kids may have liked to eat ages ago. The cough syrup is consumed and the wax tube is then compostable. The packaging was simplified to allow for an easy user experience and allow someone to immediately understand how to use the medication.
